A look inside Imran Khan’s Adiala Jail cell

Photographs presented in the Supreme Court by the federal government on Thursday shed light on the special treatment received by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan during his incarceration. The images depicted Khan having a range of facilities including exercise bike and stretching belt for physical fitness, books, a separate kitchen, a special menu, an exclusive gallery for a walk, LED, a room cooler, and a study table. Read more: Govt denies keeping Imran Khan in solitary confinement To support its stance, the government also provided a list of individuals who have met with Khan, countering claims that he is being held in solitary confinement. The former prime minister had previously claimed in the top court that he was being denied access to his lawyers. The government suggested that, if necessary, a commission could be appointed to verify these claims.
